1. Assist in the processing and monitoring of transport disputes.
2. Contribute to the preparation of proof of delivery documentation for accounting purposes.
3. Support the Customer Service teams in tracking the transport plan.
4. Handle ad-hoc transport requests, including Press, Express, and VIP services.
5. Monitor transport backlog in close collaboration with the Data Analyst.
6. Coordinate with logistics teams and carriers to address transport backlog issues.
7. Provide visibility on shipments to other departments.
8. Participate in enhancing the delivery tracking system for Europe with the Data Analyst.
9. Contribute to the project aimed at improving Express transport performance.
10. Support the Manager in refining current procedures.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in transport or international trade from a recognized institution.

1. Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Fluency in English.
