1. Support the Sales Administration team in interacting with various departments such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Data, Merchandising, Finance, and IT to gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain.
2. Maintain tools for analyzing end-of-collection data, including orders and quotas.
3. Collaborate on the creation of ad hoc Power BI dashboards for operations and KPI tracking.
4. Facilitate the implementation of system evolutions and transformation projects, especially in the context of ERP changes.
5. Audit existing business processes to simplify and automate them, enhancing efficiency and business support.
6. Provide support in global distribution operations across all product categories, managing order portfolios in the ERP, and updating them to align with international market changes.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a Grande École or equivalent university program.
2. Fluent in both English and French.

2. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA macro programming.
3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Flexibility and dynamism.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a Grande École or equivalent university program.
