Celine Internal Control Manager

- Conduct comprehensive global risk assessments across various business areas including retail, supply chain, industrial, and HQ operations.
- Perform audits to identify weaknesses, propose actionable improvements, and uncover opportunities with an entrepreneurial perspective.
- Support and engage teams across departments and geographies in implementing improvements.
- Initiate risk prevention strategies using modern, engaging tools such as videos, gamification, and content creation.
- Regularly update key stakeholders on global follow-ups regarding identified weaknesses.
- Facilitate community animation and effective communication within the Internal Auditors and Controllers community to safeguard CELINE from errors and fraud.
- Assist in developing and communicating simple, effective policies and procedures.
- Prepare quarterly reports for key stakeholders at HQ, detailing progress and future roadmaps.
- Travel up to 30% of the time as required.
- Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of audit experience adhering to Big Four standards.
- Experience in the retail industry or entrepreneurial ventures is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in modern communication methods.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge in the use of analytics and AI tools, such as Power BI.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 4 years in audit, preferably with experience in the retail sector or entrepreneurial settings.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
