- Develop and implement an innovative internal communication strategy aligned with CELINE's transformation objectives.
- Create and execute engaging communication campaigns to promote internal projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication flow between management, employees, and various teams using appropriate tools.
- Oversee and manage daily updates of the intranet and other internal communication platforms.
- Create, manage, and align content across internal communication channels with the overall strategy.
- Plan and organize internal events to enhance team cohesion and spirit.
- Promote initiatives related to CSR and Diversity & Inclusion in collaboration with HR and CSR teams.
- Define and implement managerial communication actions to support business transformation.
- Propose and implement initiatives for internal talent recognition and appreciation.
- Develop employer branding content for external platforms in collaboration with Communication and Social Media teams.
- Support HR teams in enhancing the Employee Experience throughout their journey at CELINE.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of communication actions using relevant performance indicators.
- Conduct ongoing research on trends and best practices in internal communication.
- Significant experience in internal communication, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and initiative with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Autonomous and team-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and content creation software.
- Good understanding of the luxury and fashion industry.
Minimum of 10 years in internal communication, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
