1. Coordinate VIP shopping requests and track press samples.
2. Verify the availability of looks in collaboration with the press team and propose alternatives if necessary.
3. Create shipments in Fashion GPS, monitor the traffic of press samples, and ensure the return of pieces to the Paris showroom.
4. Prepare VIP fittings, including the selection of looks and assistance during fittings.
5. Research emerging talents in cinema, music, literature, and the arts, compiling monthly international talent reports.
6. Package and prepare gifts and products for celebrities.
7. Summarize daily VIP requests and manage press releases and VIP image databases.
8. Create and manage monthly newsletters and conduct competitive benchmarking.
9. Compile images of product placements.
10. Organize and manage the VIP showroom and collaborate with showroom teams for VIP shipments and returns.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous experience in the press industry.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
3. Proficiency in Fashion GPS.
4. Dynamic and responsive nature.

Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to the press industry.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
