Celine Intern - Couture and VIP Relations Assistant

1. Manage VIP shopping requests and track press samples, ensuring availability and proposing alternatives when necessary.
2. Create and manage shipments in Fashion GPS, and oversee the traffic and return of press samples to the Paris showroom.
3. Prepare VIP fittings, including setting up the VIP fitting room and assisting during fittings.
4. Research emerging talents in cinema, music, literature, and the arts, and compile monthly international talent reports.
5. Package and prepare gifts and products for celebrities.
6. Summarize daily VIP requests and maintain the press release and VIP image database.
7. Create and manage monthly newsletters and conduct competitive benchmarking.
8. Compile images of product placements.
9. Organize and manage the VIP showroom and collaborate with showroom teams for VIP shipments and returns.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
3. Proficiency in Fashion GPS.
4. Dynamic and responsive.
5. Fluent in French and English.

A preliminary experience in the press is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or a related field.
