1. Support the management of the intellectual property asset portfolio, including conducting prior art searches and preparing reputation dossiers.
2. Monitor and investigate online platforms and social media for intellectual property infringements.
3. Maintain and update the contract management tool.
4. Contribute to the drafting of an intellectual property newsletter.
5. Conduct legal research and monitoring.
6. Assist in the management of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including the preparation of documents and analysis of legal acts related to trademark law, design law, copyright, parasitism, and unfair competition.
7. Aid in drafting and reviewing contracts related to intellectual and personality rights, including assignments, partnerships, licenses, and agreements with models, brand ambassadors, and influencers.
8. Participate in drafting notes and consultations.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program in Intellectual Property Law, with the CRFPA exam being an advantage. Ideally complemented by an LLM.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
2. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high sense of confidentiality.
3. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

A previous consecutive 6-month internship within a law firm or legal department is required.

Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law.
