1. Support the management of the asset portfolio, including prior art searches and preparation of reputation files.
2. Conduct online and social media monitoring and investigations.
3. Maintain and update the contract management tool.
4. Contribute to the drafting of an IP newsletter.
5. Perform legal research and monitoring.
6. Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation processes, including preparation of documents and analysis of legal acts related to trademark law, design rights, copyright, parasitism, and unfair competition.
7. Aid in drafting and reviewing contracts related to intellectual property and personality rights, such as rights assignments, partnerships, licenses, and contracts for models, muses, and influencers.
8. Participate in the drafting of notes and consultations.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Intellectual Property Law, with the CRFPA entrance exam being a plus. Ideally supplemented by an LLM.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
2. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high sense of confidentiality.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

A previous consecutive 6-month internship in a law firm or legal department is required.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, LLM preferred.
