1. Assist in managing the intellectual property asset portfolio, including prior art searches and dossier preparation.
2. Monitor and investigate online and social media platforms for intellectual property concerns.
3. Maintain and update contract management tools.
4. Contribute to the drafting of an intellectual property newsletter.
5. Conduct legal research and monitoring.
6. Participate in pre-litigation and litigation management, including document preparation and legal analysis in trademark, design, copyright, and unfair competition law.
7. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts related to intellectual property rights and personal rights, including assignments, partnerships, licenses, and influencer agreements.
8. Draft notes and legal consultations.

1. Enrollment in a Master 2 program in Intellectual Property Law, with CRFPA exam completion as a plus.
2. Completion of a previous 6-month internship in a law firm or legal department.

1. Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
2. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high sense of confidentiality.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Candidates should have completed a previous 6-month internship in a law firm or legal department.

Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law, LLM preferred.
