Celine Intellectual Property Lawyer

- Manage the brand's portfolio of trademarks, designs, and domain names in collaboration with industrial property advisors, including compiling notoriety and usage evidence files.
- Coordinate anti-counterfeiting efforts, assess product authenticity, and oversee criminal and customs litigation.
- Validate communication campaigns and materials, draft and manage contracts related to shoots (photographers, videographers, models, music, etc.), and handle legal aspects of fashion shows, including image rights transfers and adherence to the LVMH Charter.
- Draft and negotiate contracts involving intellectual property rights, including rights transfers for photographers, videographers, musicians, artists, music licensing and production, art purchases and licenses, freelance contracts, collaborations, and agreements related to models, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases with attorneys, draft cease-and-desist letters, and gather evidence.
- Provide daily legal advice to operational teams, draft opinions and recommendations, conduct training, validate marketing/style projects, assess risks, and perform prior art searches.
- Conduct legal monitoring.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, potentially supplemented by an LLM.
- Approximately 6 years of experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent organizational skills, dynamism, responsiveness, and critical thinking.
- High level of confidentiality, priority management, teamwork, and exceptional writing skills.
- Diplomacy, pragmatism, autonomy, and strong communication skills.
- Solution-oriented and proactive.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, preferably within a law firm. Experience in the fashion industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, potentially supplemented by an LLM.
