Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site audits of external suppliers, focusing on social/labor practices and subcontracting.
- Develop and implement a supplier risk management strategy.
- Deliver regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders and the Industrial Risk & Internal Audit Director.
- Manage relationships with external audit firms.
- Develop initiatives to help suppliers improve their ESG performance.
- Adhere to LVMH group guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Develop and execute audit plans based on HQ and Group priorities.
- Regularly update the industrial operations risk assessment using the group model and COSO framework.
- Support the Industrial Risk & Internal Audit functions’ objectives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant progressive experience in external audit firms, ideally in 'Big Four'.
- Experience in the luxury/fashion business is a plus.
- Capacity in dealing with legal sensitive aspects is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in audit/risk assessment methodologies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven abilities in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; data analytics tools like Power BI are a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of any Far East language or French is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant progressive experience in external audit firms, ideally in 'Big Four'.
Education Requirements
