Celine Industrial Internal Auditor

- Conduct on-site audits of external suppliers, focusing on social and labor practices to ensure compliance and mitigate reputational risks.
- Develop and implement a supplier risk management strategy, including audits, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Deliver regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders, including KPIs, trends, and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external audit firms, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve suppliers' ESG performance.
- Adhere to LVMH group guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Develop and execute audit plans based on HQ and Group priorities, including follow-ups.
- Regularly update the industrial operations risk assessment using the group model and COSO framework.
- Support the objectives of the Industrial Risk & Internal Audit functions.
- Master’s degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant progressive experience in external audit firms, ideally in the 'Big Four'.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion business is a plus.
- Capacity to deal with legal sensitive aspects is a plus.
- Solid understanding of external fashion production risks and ESG compliance.
- Proficiency in audit and risk assessment methodologies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven teamwork abilities and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French or any Far East language is a plus.
