1. Conduct market research and price benchmarking for services and products.
2. Manage purchasing projects including specification definition, supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and deployment in collaboration with brand stakeholders.
3. Participate in tender processes by assisting in drafting specifications, sending consultation files to suppliers, analyzing offers, and making recommendations to stakeholders.
4. Assist in developing the Indirect Purchasing map for the Maison.
5. Select and evaluate high-performing suppliers, ensuring compliance and performance in coordination with Compliance, CSR, Security, Legal, and Finance departments.
6. Support department management and reporting using implemented tools.
7. Regularly monitor actions and projects to measure performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
8. Propose new challenges to advance purchasing strategy in specific categories.

1. Student in Bac+4/5 level at a business school or equivalent university with a specialization in Purchasing.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills
2. Autonomous and proactive
3. Versatile and organized
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
5. Excellent service orientation and communication skills
6. Fluent in French and English

A first experience in purchasing is advantageous.

Bac+4/5 in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Purchasing.
