Celine Image Retail Coordinator

- Define and disseminate comprehensive guidelines for lightboxes and image windows in alignment with collection launches.
- Orchestrate detailed briefings for external agencies, Visual Merchandising (VM) teams, and 360 stakeholders globally.
- Consolidate inputs from VM and 360 product teams to determine the precise allocation of visual assets for all retail displays.
- Direct and monitor the operational lifecycle from production to installation, focusing on the EMEA region.
- Manage financial administrative flow, including tracking international invoices and intra-company re-billing.
- Centralize worldwide briefs and budgets for boutique openings and temporary installations.
- Facilitate production of scale mock-ups to validate spatial zones, layouts, and aesthetic direction.
- Prepare and audit high-resolution production files, ensuring adherence to graphic standards and retail specifications.
- Supervise delivery schedules and provide exhaustive status reports on project milestones.
- Act as the Image Department referent for Trade CRM initiatives and Wholesale network requirements.
- Oversee image implementation for temporary retail formats, ensuring brand alignment.
- Manage ad-hoc image requests for specialized retail activations, ensuring cohesion with the global 360 strategy.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a coordination or production role within a Luxury Maison or prestigious Creative Agency.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to negotiate and present in both languages.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data management and budgetary tracking.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for verifying technical specifications and layout integrity.
- Exceptional supplier management skills with professionalism required by a Maison de Couture.
- Thorough understanding of high-end printing processes and material substrates.
- Highly developed aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of the Maison’s codes.
- Meticulous approach to work with precision and intellectual rigor.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and balance aesthetic and operational requirements.
- Proven resilience and composure in managing shifting priorities and demanding timelines.
A minimum of 4 years in a coordination or production role within a luxury fashion house or creative agency is required.
