1. Coordinate the deployment of media campaigns across various channels including OOH, magazines, social media, and display on a global scale.
2. Consolidate worldwide media needs per campaign and manage ad-hoc requests.
3. Prepare presentation tools for submission to the artistic director.
4. Oversee the production of technical elements and ensure timely delivery to different regions and media owners.
5. Consolidate tracking documents for distribution to various departments.
6. Monitor the budget allocated for the production of technical files.
7. Manage payments to various service providers.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in the luxury sector or a related field involving image coordination.

1. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Flexibility and pragmatism with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Proficiency in InDesign.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury or image-related field.
