1. Advise managers on a wide range of HR issues and daily concerns.
2. Support and guide employees and their managers in team development and organization, anticipating skill development and mobility actions.
3. Ensure the implementation of headquarters' HR policies and act as an ambassador of Celine's values.
4. Lead recruitment processes in close collaboration with stakeholders such as managers, executive committees, and HR leaders.
5. Define and select the most appropriate sourcing strategies to attract top talent aligned with business needs.
6. Participate in talent and compensation review campaigns, aligning with the Group's HR policies, and provide meaningful insights into the process.
7. Assist in defining compensation packages for new hires in collaboration with C&B teams, ensuring alignment with company policies.
8. Support the HR Manager and Social Management Controller in preparing and monitoring workforce budgets.
9. Contribute to identifying training needs and defining individual and collective training actions in collaboration with L&D teams.
10. Propose initiatives to enhance workplace well-being, collaboration, and cohesion.
11. Engage in various HR transformation and development projects.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a dynamic and agile environment.

3. Keen understanding of organizational dynamics.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as interpersonal.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic and agile HR generalist role.
