- Advise managers on a wide range of HR issues and daily matters.
- Support and guide employees and their managers in team development and organization, anticipating skill development and mobility actions.
- Ensure adherence to the headquarters' HR policy and act as an ambassador of CELINE's values.
- Lead recruitment processes in close collaboration with stakeholders including managers, executive committees, and HR managers.
- Define and implement the most effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent according to business needs.
- Participate in talent and compensation review campaigns, aligning with the Group's HR policy and providing meaningful insights into the process.
- Assist in defining compensation packages for new hires in collaboration with C&B teams and in accordance with company policy.
- Support the HR Manager and Social Management Controller in preparing and monitoring workforce budgets.
- Identify training needs and define individual and collective training actions in collaboration with L&D teams.
- Propose initiatives for workplace well-being, collaboration, and cohesion.
- Contribute to various HR transformation and development projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Proactive and radiant personality with a strong sense of initiative and curiosity.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Keen understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as interpersonal.
