1. Support the HSE Manager in promoting and strengthening the HSE culture within the organization.
2. Update and draft workplace safety, health, and environmental prevention procedures.
3. Assist in maintaining compliance with health surveillance laws, worker training, and workplace safety and health regulations.
4. Update emergency and evacuation plans for company facilities.
5. Identify risks of interference with external companies providing maintenance and services, drafting appropriate documentation.
6. Collaborate in maintaining the ISO14001 environmental certification.
7. Perform back-office activities for the department and manage specific tools (Zucchetti Safety solution) for data archiving and management.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or Techniques for Prevention in the Environment and Workplace, completed or in progress.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
2. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Dynamic and results-oriented.
4. Reliability and precision.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making orientation.
6. Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

No prior experience required; suitable for individuals seeking their first professional role.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
