- Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing the full cycle recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and evolve team structures.
- Oversee interview and compensation proposal processes.
- Champion internal promotions and transfers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
- Advise leadership on performance management and documentation.
- Manage headcount, staff costs budget, and organizational charts.
- Oversee employee outboarding and exit processes.
- Contribute to HR dashboard and metrics, drawing insights from data trends.
- Facilitate talent development through coaching and performance reviews.
- Collaborate on training facilitation with EME retail team and HR.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage annual performance review process.
- Strategically recommend process improvements and manage HR projects.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and training.
- Maintain HR administration, including HRIS and LVMH talent system updates.
- Liaise with payroll and manage employee file compliance.
- Interface with immigration lawyers for visa-related matters.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR retail management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a capacity to innovate and drive change.
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in Italy and Spain.
- Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is advantageous.
A minimum of 8 years in HR retail management, with a focus on talent acquisition, management, and development.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
