1. Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing the full cycle recruitment process.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and evolve team structures.
3. Oversee interview and compensation proposal processes.
4. Champion internal promotions and transfers.
5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
6. Advise leadership on performance management and documentation.
7. Manage headcount, staff costs budget, and organizational charts.
8. Oversee employee outboarding and exit processes.
9. Contribute to HR dashboard and metrics, drawing insights from data trends.
10. Facilitate talent development through coaching and performance reviews.
11. Collaborate on training facilitation with EME retail team and HR.
12. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
13. Manage annual performance review process.
14. Strategically recommend process improvements and manage HR projects.
15. Coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives.
16. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and training.
17. Maintain HR administration, including HRIS and LVMH talent system updates.
18. Liaise with payroll and manage employee file compliance.
19. Interface with immigration lawyers for visa-related matters.
20. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of HR retail management experience.

3. Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.
4. Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in Italy and Spain.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is advantageous.
