- Support the recruitment and selection process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing necessary documentation, and managing integration activities within the company.
- Provide support in managing employee relations, answering questions, and offering assistance regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and HR effectiveness.
- Degree in humanities, economics, or law, preferably with a specialization in human resources.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
