- Lead talent acquisition efforts in the full cycle recruitment process.
- Participate in the initial intake with hiring managers.
- Provide thought partnership on role fulfillment and team evolution.
- Define and lead interview and compensation proposal processes.
- Manage internal promotions or transfers.
- Build a talent pipeline for key positions.
- Coach and advise leadership on performance management.
- Oversee headcount, staff costs budget, and staffing requisition process.
- Manage employee outboarding and exit processes.
- Contribute to HR dashboard and metrics creation and maintenance.
- Draw conclusions and recommendations from HR data trends.
- Meet with employees to gauge business impacts on talent.
- Coach, create, and design performance reviews and developmental assignments.
- Facilitate training in collaboration with the EME retail team and HR.
- Oversee onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage the annual performance review process.
- Make strategic recommendations related to HR processes.
- Develop and administer projects, programs, procedures, and guidelines.
- Partner with stakeholders for employee-focused initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and in-house programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and training.
- Maintain new hires and employee changes in HRIS and LVMH talent system.
- Liaise with payroll for changes and updates.
- Maintain accurate employee files in compliance with legal guidelines.
- Interface with immigration lawyers for visa matters.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and partner with legal department.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of HR retail management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
- Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in the Italian and Spanish markets.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in HR retail management.
Master's or Bachelor's degree.
