1. Assist in sourcing suitable retail candidates through various channels including university portals, internal career portals, external agencies, and LinkedIn.
2. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
3. Provide constant updates on recruitment status to hiring managers.
4. Proactively identify, pre-qualify, and conduct telephone interviews with international talents for specific needs, creating shortlists for hiring managers.
5. Regularly update various reporting and activity monitoring tools such as open positions, job description library, and candidate follow-up.
6. Participate in the management of recruitment tools and monitor their internal use, including access, assistance, user training, and best practices.
7. Handle offer proposals and main administrative tasks such as collecting hiring documents from new employees.
8. Update internal files and systems.
9. Manage health and safety trainings autonomously.
10. Maintain relationships with external suppliers.

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.

1. Proactive with the ability to quickly understand retail needs and manage priorities.
2. Rigorous, reactive, autonomous, organized, and dynamic.
3. Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
4. Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.

At least 3 years of experience in HR or headhunting.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
