Celine HR Coordination Assistant

- Support the HR Director for Europe and Middle East in daily operations.
- Coordinate HR activities between countries and the Head Office.
- Monitor and report on HR KPIs.
- Facilitate communication through the implementation and regular updating of a communication tool.
- Conduct social data reporting and analysis for the region.
- Assist in preparing presentations for key HR events throughout the year.
- Propose and implement HR projects and initiatives.
- Participate in and oversee the organization of ad hoc projects, such as pop-up store openings.
- Identify and standardize best practices across the region.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and Director.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or University program.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international setting, through internships or apprenticeships.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
