Celine HR Coordination Assistant

1. Support the HR Director for Europe and Middle East in daily operations.
2. Coordinate HR activities between countries and the Head Office.
3. Monitor and report on HR KPIs.
4. Facilitate communication through the implementation and regular updating of a communication tool.
5. Conduct social data reporting and analysis for the region.
6. Assist in preparing presentations for key HR events throughout the year.
7. Propose and implement HR projects and initiatives.
8. Participate in and oversee the organization of ad hoc projects, such as pop-up store openings.
9. Identify and standardize best practices across the region.
10. Provide administrative support to the HR team and Director.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or University program.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Creative problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in English and French.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international setting, through internships or apprenticeships.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
