1. Assist the HR Director for Europe and Middle East in coordinating HR activities across the retail network.
2. Monitor and report on HR KPIs.
3. Enhance internal communication by implementing and managing communication tools.
4. Conduct social data reporting and analysis for the region.
5. Support the creation of presentations for key HR events throughout the year.
6. Propose and implement HR projects and initiatives.
7. Participate in and oversee the organization of ad hoc projects, such as pop-up store openings.
8. Identify and standardize best practices across the region.
9. Provide administrative support to the HR team and Director.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent program.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work autonomously.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

Preferably some initial experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international setting, through internships or apprenticeships.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
