Celine HR Business Partner

- Serve as the HR point of contact at the Radda in Chianti production site.
- Provide daily support to line managers on organizational, personnel, and change management issues.
- Oversee recruitment and training within a manufacturing setting.
- Manage attendance for approximately 250 employees, monitor HR KPIs, absenteeism, and support payroll processes.
- Handle internal union relations and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct organizational analysis and resource assessments to propose career and compensation actions.
- Collaborate closely with managers and employees to reinforce the LVMH Group and Celine mindset, enhancing communication, engagement, and retention.
- Work in close collaboration with the HR team to foster synergies and exchanges between plants, improving internal mobility, job rotation, and shared projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 4-5 years of experience in an HR department, preferably within a manufacturing context.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines while setting priorities.
- High degree of initiative and autonomy.
- Proficiency in teamwork, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar HR role within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
