1. Serve as the HR point of contact at the Radda in Chianti production site.
2. Provide daily support to line managers on organizational, personnel, and change management issues.
3. Oversee recruitment and training within a manufacturing setting.
4. Manage attendance for approximately 250 employees, monitor HR KPIs, absenteeism, and support payroll processes.
5. Handle internal union relations and disciplinary matters.
6. Conduct organizational analysis and resource assessments to propose career and compensation actions.
7. Collaborate closely with managers and employees to reinforce the LVMH Group and Celine mindset, enhancing communication, engagement, and retention.
8. Work in close collaboration with the HR team to foster synergies and exchanges between plants, improving internal mobility, job rotation, and shared projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. 4-5 years of experience in an HR department, preferably within a manufacturing context.

4. High degree of initiative and autonomy.
5. Proficiency in teamwork, proactivity, and flexibility.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar HR role within a manufacturing environment.
