1. Participate in the enrichment and management of the documentary database.
2. Index new documentary collections.
3. Package both documentary and physical archives.
4. Facilitate the flow of information.
5. Assist in the preparation of research dossiers.
6. Monitor and acquire vintage pieces.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Documentation Studies.

1. Proficiency in documentary management and archiving software.
2. Comfortable with research, monitoring tools, and office software.
3. Legal knowledge in Intellectual Property, Image, and Information Law.
4. Familiarity with inventory techniques and information processing standards.
5. Strong writing skills and excellent command of spelling.
6. Organized and meticulous.
7. High capacity for analysis and synthesis.
8. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Documentation Studies.

The position offers a one-year apprenticeship contract starting in September 2025, providing a comprehensive learning environment.
