1. Define and implement maintenance, real estate, and general services strategies prioritizing employee comfort and productivity.
2. Oversee major real estate projects including renovations and relocations.
3. Negotiate with landlords and assess financial impacts of real estate options.
4. Lead maintenance, cleaning, and operational strategies for retail and office sites.
5. Ensure technical excellence and optimal, secure work environments across all sites.
6. Monitor maintenance KPIs, identify improvements, and manage action plans.
7. Coordinate tenders and select maintenance service providers.
8. Deliver high-level services to employees, including cleaning, mail, and supplies.
9. Optimize operational processes and resources with effective management tools.
10. Manage general services specific to the creative studio, including logistics and prototype management.
11. Enhance CSR performance in buildings, services, waste management, and energy consumption.
12. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal sustainability policies.
13. Incorporate CSR criteria in supplier selection and evaluation.
14. Foster a culture focused on employee experience within maintenance and general services teams.
15. Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify improvements and innovation opportunities.
16. Establish and monitor KPIs related to employee satisfaction.
17. Develop and manage annual maintenance and general services budgets in collaboration with finance teams.
18. Ensure rigorous administrative and financial management of cost centers.
19. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and general services professionals.
20. Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and costs.

1. Higher education degree.

1. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
2. Proficiency in budget management and numerical analysis.
3. Competency with IT tools.
4. Methodical and rigorous approach, strong organizational skills, and priority management.
5. Excellent listening, needs analysis, and innovative solution proposal skills.
6. Strong service orientation and empathy for employees.
7. Ability to translate feedback into concrete, measurable actions.
8. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 10 years in facility management or maintenance and general services management is required.

Higher education degree.
