- Define and implement maintenance, real estate, and general services strategies prioritizing employee comfort and productivity.
- Oversee major real estate projects including renovations and relocations.
- Negotiate with landlords and assess financial impacts of real estate options.
- Lead maintenance, cleaning, and operational strategies for retail and office sites.
- Ensure technical excellence and optimal, secure work environments across all sites.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, identify improvements, and manage action plans.
- Coordinate tenders and select maintenance service providers.
- Deliver high-level services to employees, including cleaning, mail, and supplies.
- Optimize operational processes and resources with effective management tools.
- Manage general services specific to the creative studio, including logistics and prototype management.
- Enhance CSR performance in buildings, services, waste management, and energy consumption.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal sustainability policies.
- Incorporate CSR criteria in supplier selection and evaluation.
- Foster a culture focused on employee experience within maintenance and general services teams.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify improvements and innovation opportunities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to employee satisfaction.
- Develop and manage annual maintenance and general services budgets in collaboration with finance teams.
- Ensure rigorous administrative and financial management of cost centers.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and general services professionals.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and costs.
- Higher education degree.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in budget management and numerical analysis.
- Competency with IT tools.
- Methodical and rigorous approach, strong organizational skills, and priority management.
- Excellent listening, needs analysis, and innovative solution proposal skills.
- Strong service orientation and empathy for employees.
- Ability to translate feedback into concrete, measurable actions.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 10 years in facility management or maintenance and general services management is required.
Higher education degree.
