1. Collaborate closely with the Leather Goods and Accessories Training team to develop and implement training tools and materials for international retail teams.
2. Participate in the execution of seasonal collection trainings across various categories, including leather goods, jewelry, eyewear, and home products, for international training teams.
3. Assist in establishing and animating the leather goods ambassador community across different regions, including the creation of newsletters, animation tools, and best practices.
4. Contribute to the writing of digital articles on relevant categories.
5. Support the creation and publication of digital content for leather goods and accessories outlets in coordination with the digital team.
6. Participate in collection launch showrooms.
7. Coordinate the translation of various content available on the digital application.
8. Assist in organizing and managing the logistics of training sessions, including materials, product/tool preparation, venue and catering reservations, room setup, and supplies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac+3)

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to synthesize information
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
5. Bilingual in French and English
6. Strong English writing skills
7. Familiarity with the luxury and retail sectors is advantageous
8. Fashion sensitivity

Entry-level; previous experience in a marketing or training department is appreciated.
