1. Collaborate closely with the Leather Goods and Accessories Training team to develop and implement training tools and materials for international retail teams.
2. Contribute to the seasonal collection training across various categories such as leather goods, jewelry, eyewear, and home products for international training teams.
3. Assist in establishing and animating the leather goods ambassador community across different regions through newsletters, animation tools, and best practices.
4. Participate in writing digital articles on relevant categories.
5. Support the creation and publication of digital content for leather goods and accessories outlets in coordination with the digital team.
6. Engage in the organization and logistics of training sessions, including material preparation, product/tool setup, venue and catering arrangements, and room setup.
7. Coordinate translations of various content for the digital application.
8. Participate in collection launch showrooms.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent (Bachelor's degree)
2. Bilingual proficiency in French and English
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to synthesize information
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
7. Strong writing skills in English
8. Understanding of the luxury and retail industry is advantageous
