1. Monitor weekly stock levels against target stocks in designated zones.
2. Analyze key performance indicators such as monthly consumption, availability rates, and stock coverage.
3. Identify reproduction needs and conduct quarterly reviews of target stocks in zones.
4. Define needs and oversee production for additional packaging orders.
5. Provide operational support including tracking deliveries and payments.
6. Enter purchase orders into the ERP system and update ordering tools with current prices and visuals.
7. Coordinate new product launches with image and product teams.
8. Track stocks and identify reproduction needs.
9. Define institutional packaging forecasts biannually.
10. Continuously improve supply chain processes by enhancing existing files/reports and introducing new tools and methodologies.

1. Interest in fashion, luxury, and retail.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
3. Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).

1. Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
2. Excellent organizational and autonomous working skills.
3. Customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
