Celine Global Retail Support Project Manager

- Oversee the forecasting process for non-merchandise product categories, collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine demand.
- Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages or overstock, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and enhance delivery performance for all indirect materials.
- Follow up on invoices.
- Review the non-merchandise product assortment with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with retail needs, brand standards, and evolving client experience expectations.
- Lead rationalization efforts to optimize product offerings, identify redundancies, and streamline the portfolio.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market monitoring to identify best practices.
- Participate and lead continuous improvement of existing processes and propose enhancements.
- Support Retail Support projects.
- Design and update reporting tools necessary for activity steering (Excel / Power BI).
- Participate in and conduct monthly meetings with different regions on Retail Support topics.
- Ensure that retail support operations in stores are well executed.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong affinity for numbers, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Very proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive, organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Appreciation and understanding of the luxury and fashion industry.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles is required.
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent.
