1. Oversee the forecasting process for non-merchandise product categories, collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine demand.
2. Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages or overstock, and implement corrective actions.
3. Lead initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and enhance delivery performance for all indirect materials.
4. Follow up on invoices.
5. Review the non-merchandise product assortment with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with retail needs, brand standards, and evolving client experience expectations.
6. Lead rationalization efforts to optimize product offerings, identify redundancies, and streamline the portfolio.
7. Conduct competitive intelligence and market monitoring to identify best practices.
8. Participate and lead continuous improvement of existing processes and propose enhancements.
9. Support Retail Support projects.
10. Design and update reporting tools necessary for activity steering (Excel / Power BI).
11. Participate in and conduct monthly meetings with different regions on Retail Support topics.
12. Ensure that retail support operations in stores are well executed.

1. Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
3. Fluency in English is essential.

2. Very proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Proactive, organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Appreciation and understanding of the luxury and fashion industry.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles is required.
