1. Assist the retail support team in project planning and execution for redefining the supply chain flow for institutional packaging in EMEA.
2. Participate and represent the retail support team in all project meetings.
3. Aid in the preparation of various project-related documents, including presentations and training materials.
4. Participate in testing phases and deployment.
5. Create articles in the ERP system and manage the product database.
6. Organize initial warehouse deliveries.
7. Provide support on other retail support projects and assist in the implementation of tools.
8. Conduct stock analysis and monitoring.
9. Handle spot orders and perform ad hoc analyses.
10. Conduct competitive benchmarking.
11. Prepare for monthly meetings with regional teams and document meeting minutes.
12. Prepare and distribute the quarterly newsletter.
13. Create and update training documents related to non-commercial products.
14. Formalize processes and work methods.

1. Student in a Master's program (Bac+5) in engineering, business, or equivalent with a focus on logistics or supply chain.
2. Previous experience in project management is advantageous.

1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
2. Interest in supply chain/logistics topics.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and numerical aptitude.
5. Ability to work in an international environment, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Fluency in English is desired.

No prior experience required, though previous project management experience is a plus.

Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent with a focus on logistics or supply chain.
