1. Support the Retail Performance team in monitoring sales performance and KPIs.
2. Assist in the creation of monthly and weekly sales performance reports.
3. Track key performance indicators and implement action plans for challenges and product launches.
4. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on store and staff productivity.
5. Maintain and update the global store database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
6. Coordinate with various teams to manage database information.
7. Support the deployment and follow-up of projects aimed at enhancing store sales performance.
8. Provide tools and dashboards to stores for performance monitoring.
9. Collaborate with operations and performance managers to improve processes.
10. Work with the Data team on PowerBI dashboard creation and updates.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or University program.

1. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
2. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
6. Fluency in French and English.

No prior experience required, though experience in a client-centric department or retail is beneficial.

Business School or University enrollment.
