1. Support the Retail Performance team in monitoring sales performance and KPIs.
2. Assist in the creation of ad-hoc reports for monthly and weekly sales reviews.
3. Follow up on key performance indicators and action plans, including challenges and product launches.
4. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on store and staff productivity.
5. Maintain and update the worldwide store information database.
6. Coordinate with various teams to ensure database accuracy and completeness.
7. Assist in the creation of new store entries during showroom buying sessions.
8. Support the Retail Performance Manager in projects related to the store database.
9. Provide tools and support to stores for performance enhancement.
10. Review and improve reporting processes for better performance monitoring.
11. Collaborate with operations and performance managers to enhance processes.
12. Work with the Data team on PowerBI dashboard creation and updates.
13. Assist in the rollout of new projects within the Retail Performance Team.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or University program.

1. Proficiency in Excel, with PowerBI as a plus.
2. Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
3. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and rigorous.
4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in French and English.

No prior experience required, though experience in a client-centric department or retail is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree at a Business School or University.
