1. Support the Retail Performance Manager in monitoring and sustaining global sales performance through regular reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
2. Track key performance indicators and implement action plans to enhance sales metrics such as UPT and cross-selling.
3. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on store and staff productivity, including net sales per square meter and per staff by zone.
4. Maintain and update the cloud-based store database, ensuring accuracy and supporting new store openings.
5. Collaborate with regional retail operations to verify store data and assist in database-related projects.
6. Develop training materials and act as a business partner across departments for data management.
7. Assist in deploying and monitoring store processes and animations to improve sales performance.
8. Provide tools to stores to optimize traffic management and monitor KPI results.
9. Work with IT to enhance reporting systems and support decision-making processes.
10. Collaborate with operations and performance managers to refine store processes.
11. Partner with the insights team to develop new PowerBI dashboards.
12. Support the rollout of staff planning tools from conception to training.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or University program.

1. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
2. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree at a Business School or University.
