1. Support the Retail Performance Manager in monitoring global sales performance through regular reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
2. Track and animate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as UPT and cross-selling, implementing action plans as necessary.
3. Conduct analyses on store and staff productivity, including metrics like net sales per square meter and per staff by zone.
4. Maintain and update the cloud-based store database, ensuring accuracy and supporting new store openings.
5. Collaborate with regional retail operations to verify store data and create new entries for showroom buying sessions.
6. Assist in deploying and monitoring store animations and processes to enhance sales performance.
7. Work with IT to refine reporting tools and support decision-making processes.
8. Partner with store operations and performance managers to optimize processes.
9. Collaborate with the insights team to develop new PowerBI dashboards.
10. Support the rollout of staff planning tools from conception to training.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or University program.

1. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
2. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
5. Fluency in French and English.

No prior experience required; open to beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree at a Business School or University.
