Celine Global Online Traffic Acquisition Manager

- Define and execute the global Performance Marketing strategy to support e-commerce and omnichannel revenue generation.
- Develop and localize the annual strategic animation plan in collaboration with 360 and Media teams to support campaign launches and key commercial events.
- Ensure optimal budget allocation by region and channel to meet e-commerce sales and profitability objectives, revising allocations monthly and quarterly based on actual performance and trends.
- Develop and implement a customer-centric targeting strategy in partnership with CRM teams, focusing on audience segmentation and creating effective user journeys across paid media channels.
- Ensure media agencies conduct frequent campaign performance evaluations, recommending budget reallocations and strategy adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Establish cross-functional and collaborative work processes with global Media teams, media agencies, and tactical partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, Naver, etc.) to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the technical stack necessary for performance media activations (product marketing feeds, CRM audience connectors, media conversion APIs, attribution/contribution tools, etc.).
- Master's degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent from a top business school or university.
- Fluency in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong expertise in E-commerce and Performance Marketing, campaign measurement, analytics, and data.
- Proven experience in media activation on social platforms (Meta, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), Paid Search (Google, Bing, Naver, WeChat, etc.), and solid knowledge of major media platforms and key partners (Lengow, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex media concepts and techniques into clear and understandable language.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in an international environment and build relationships across diverse cultural settings.
5 to 7 years of experience managing acquisition channels in a specialized agency or as an advertiser, with a strong interest in data and analytics.
Master's degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
