1. Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy aligned with the Maison’s overall ambition.
2. Incorporate luxury fashion trends and best practices into program design and delivery.
3. Manage the central learning and development budget.
4. Collaborate with regional Learning teams and Group Learning teams.
5. Identify learning and development needs across the organization in collaboration with business partners and HR leaders.
6. Design and develop engaging learning programs, including online courses, seminars, and blended learning solutions.
7. Oversee the implementation of learning programs, ensuring high-quality content and delivery.
8. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
9. Develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
10. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend program enhancements.
11. Prepare reports on learning and development activities and outcomes.
12. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
13. Effectively communicate learning opportunities and resources to employees.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
3. Strong leadership and ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Project management expertise.
5. Data analysis capabilities.
6. Budget management skills.
