- Develop and execute a global learning and development strategy aligned with the Maison’s overall ambition.
- Incorporate luxury fashion trends and best practices into program design and delivery.
- Manage the central learning and development budget.
- Collaborate with regional Learning teams and Group Learning teams.
- Identify learning and development needs across the organization in collaboration with business partners and HR leaders.
- Design and develop engaging learning programs, including online courses, seminars, and blended learning solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of learning programs, ensuring high-quality content and delivery.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend program enhancements.
- Prepare reports on learning and development activities and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
- Effectively communicate learning opportunities and resources to employees.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
