1. Define and lead a comprehensive Global Audit Plan across various domains including Retail, Logistics, and Industrial operations.
2. Mentor and manage teams in Paris and Italy, while coordinating with regional teams in New York, Shanghai, Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, and London.
3. Oversee the LVMH Compliance Audit Program, ensuring effective global performance and presenting findings to stakeholders.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of effective Policies and Procedures.
5. Coordinate Devoir de Vigilance actions and manage an Industrial Risk & Internal Audit unit in Italy.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide quarterly reports to key stakeholders, detailing progress and future roadmaps.
7. Present value creation reports to the CEO and other key stakeholders, highlighting improvements and prevention initiatives.

1. Master’s Degree required; ACCA/CPA or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Audit and/or Internal Control.
3. Experience with Big Four standards and in the Retail industry or entrepreneurial environments preferred.

1. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
2. Strong orientation towards leveraging digital solutions.
3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in modern communication tools.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools such as Power BI.
5. Strong team spirit and coaching attitude to foster talent growth.

Minimum of 15 years in Audit and/or Internal Control, with experience in the Retail industry or entrepreneurial environments preferred.

Master’s Degree required; ACCA/CPA or MBA is a plus.
