Celine Global Clienteling Project Manager

- Co-design and implement comprehensive clienteling strategies for One-To-One campaigns and automated tasks, aligned with business goals.
- Propose strategic action plans to bolster business objectives.
- Coordinate with the 360 team to design action plans for brand key moments.
- Define and communicate the strategic plan for clienteling campaigns with internal teams, including local CRM, 360, Image, and Merchandising.
- Support and monitor regional teams in localizing clienteling action plans across various markets (EME, CN, RGC, JP, US, SEAO).
- Develop tools and methods to optimize the One-To-One campaign creation process.
- Identify improvements to enhance activation quality, focusing on personalization, recommendation, targeting, and clienteling tool functionalities.
- Identify value-added use cases to enhance clienteling execution in boutiques.
- Develop long-term content to share best practices.
- Define specific action plans for key flagship stores in collaboration with local teams.
- Collaborate with training teams to create specific formats and materials.
- Support training initiatives to instill a clienteling mindset and elevate client interactions.
- Assist in defining KPIs and objectives for tracking.
- Analyze and report on local campaign performance by region/market.
- Share analysis, guidelines, best practices, and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and distribute clienteling KPI reports to all teams (HQ, Region).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Clienteling/CRM within the retail sector.
- Experience in the luxury industry is essential.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Clienteling/CRM in retail, with familiarity in systems such as Salesforce, Clienteling Application, and PBI.
