1. Develop guidelines for one-to-one clienteling campaigns for regional CRM teams and customer service.
2. Assist in implementing clienteling campaigns using Salesforce.
3. Monitor, analyze, and consolidate results of one-to-one clienteling campaigns.
4. Coordinate and create assets for each clienteling campaign, including boutique openings and collection launches, while managing local requests.
5. Create monthly reports for local CRM teams, sharing best practices and tracking KPI performance.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and produce monthly reports on client engagement trends.
7. Manage and track CRM challenges.
8. Develop print materials in line with the CRM activation plan.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in marketing.

1. Strong interest in CRM and Client Engagement.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce and Photoshop is advantageous.
3. Passion for the luxury and fashion industry.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in French and English.

No prior experience required; suitable for students.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
