- Create newsletter templates.
- Implement multilingual texts for one-shot and automated emails.
- Coordinate assets, texts, and approvals with regional and central teams.
- Track and consolidate weekly and monthly campaign results.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of results for local and central CRM teams.
- Produce a monthly competitive analysis report on client engagement trends.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in marketing.
- Strong interest in CRM and Client Engagement.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Photoshop is a plus.
- Affinity for the luxury and fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent.
