1. Create newsletter templates.
2. Implement multilingual texts for one-shot and automated emails.
3. Coordinate assets, texts, and approvals with regional and central teams.
4. Track and consolidate weekly and monthly campaign results.
5. Conduct in-depth analyses of results for local and central CRM teams.
6. Produce a monthly competitive analysis report on client engagement trends.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in marketing.

1. Strong interest in CRM and Client Engagement.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce and Photoshop is a plus.
3. Affinity for the luxury and fashion industry.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in French and English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or equivalent.
