Celine General Accountant

1. Participate in monthly, annual, and consolidated financial closings.
2. Record accounting entries accurately and timely.
3. Reconcile and justify social and fiscal accounts, and monitor balance sheet accounts.
4. Prepare and submit group financial reports.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and auditors.
6. Prepare and file tax declarations including VAT, C3S, CET, and local taxes.
7. Prepare VAT statements for e-commerce transactions.
8. Manage customs and Italian VAT documentation.
9. Assist in calculating fiscal results, CVAE, and participation.
10. Prepare fiscal reports and documentation.
11. Contribute to the JDE to SAP 4 HANA migration project, scheduled for April 2026.
12. Support the implementation of electronic invoicing.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Accountant in a multi-company or structured group environment.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
4. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word).
5. Operational written English skills.

A minimum of 4 years in a general accounting role within a multi-company or structured group environment.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
