Celine Footwear Development Manager

- Act as the primary liaison with the design studio, participating in style meetings and ensuring seamless communication with Product Managers and manufacturers.
- Oversee the entire development process, ensuring feasibility and adherence to timelines, while serving as the central point of contact between the studio, Product Managers, and merchandising.
- Optimize collection margins and support Product Managers in pricing negotiations, aligning with margin objectives and product offerings.
- Develop and manage the budget for the category in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring strict adherence.
- Identify and manage industrial, quality, and timing risks during prototyping and sampling phases, ensuring technical validation before production.
- Organize key events such as Collection Reviews, editing sessions, and showrooms in collaboration with merchandising, ensuring comprehensive preparation of all showroom tools by Product Managers.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Retail teams to ensure the relevance of the assortment and lead strategic alignment on project selection.
- Ensure legal compliance of all projects and facilitate smooth communication between Product Managers and the legal team during development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Development, preferably in Footwear or Leather Goods.
- Strong product sense

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
- Professional proficiency in Italian
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Development, preferably in Footwear or Leather Goods.
Business school or university degree
