1. Lead and model exemplary sales, customer experience, and client retention on the sales floor.
2. Promote the brand's culture and values daily.
3. Oversee store performance and stay informed on market trends.
4. Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the store.
5. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with managers to implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
6. Establish a customer-centric mindset to deliver the best in-store experience and meet CRM goals.
7. Translate store objectives into daily targets and inspiring tasks for the team.
8. Act as the liaison between the head office and the store.
9. Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding CELINE's culture and values.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes.
11. Manage inventory and store planning.
12. Ensure proper execution of all digital store-related tasks.
13. Recruit new talents and manage the team to foster a positive professional environment and team spirit.
14. Regularly coach the team to develop key skills.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail fashion and/or luxury.

A minimum of 10 years in retail fashion and/or luxury is required.
