Celine Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

- Oversee all logistic costs, including preparation of monthly accruals and cost monitoring analysis for transatlantic freight, duties, warehouse costs, and domestic transportation.
- Collaborate with departments to control logistic costs and identify risks and opportunities.
- Assist in building and monitoring ROI for marketing expenditures such as clienteling events and paid media activations.
- Manage store selling costs, including utilities and security, by preparing month-end accruals and reporting analysis.
- Participate in monthly closing for the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy of P&L lines and providing trend analysis.
- Coordinate budget revision processes with Logistics, Marketing, and Retail departments, and prepare presentations for HQ.
- Serve as the finance point of contact for departments, preparing MTD and YTD reports and suggesting action plans.
- Conduct monthly audits on PO submissions, stock adjustments, and discounted sales to support internal control functions.
- Contribute to the launch of a new FP&A budget tool by testing and developing new budget sheets and processes.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis on various P&L lines or retail requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance required.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning or accounting, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS software, including PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics and PowerBi preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2 years in financial planning or accounting, preferably within the fashion industry, with a preference for experience in an international company.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
