1. Support the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with the accounting and FP&A teams.
2. Prepare journal entries and accruals, including inventory and recurring expenses.
3. Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budget, and prior year to identify key drivers.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial deliverables, including P&L by channel and store, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
5. Contribute to cost center tracking and analysis.
6. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts.
7. Collect and consolidate data from various departments to ensure accurate financial inputs.
8. Maintain and update reports in the budgeting system.
9. Support the creation of presentations and summaries for management review.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide financial visibility.
11. Prepare performance reports and analysis for internal stakeholders.
12. Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven insights.
13. Conduct financial analyses related to retail performance, investment tracking, and store profitability.
14. Assist in the calculation and validation of retail commissions.
15. Participate in process improvement initiatives and financial tool enhancements.

1. Bachelor's degree in finance required.
2. Fluency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a plus.
3. 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or similar finance functions.
4. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
5. Preferred experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Cegid, and Dynamics.

The compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with a bonus opportunity.
