1. Coordinate VIP shopping requests and track press samples.
2. Verify the availability of looks in collaboration with the press team and propose alternatives if necessary.
3. Create shipments in Fashion GPS and manage the traffic and return of press samples to the Paris showroom.
4. Prepare VIP fittings and assist during the sessions.
5. Research emerging talents in cinema, music, literature, and the arts, and compile monthly international talent reports.
6. Package and prepare gifts and products for celebrities.
7. Summarize daily VIP requests and manage press releases and VIP image databases.
8. Create and manage monthly newsletters and conduct competitive benchmarking.
9. Compile images of product placements.
10. Organize and manage the VIP showroom and collaborate with showroom teams to facilitate VIP shipments and returns.

1. Student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university education.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
4. Proactive and dynamic.
5. Fluency in French and English.

A preliminary experience in press or event management is required.

Student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university education.
