Celine Internship - Fashion and Event Assistant

- Coordinate VIP shopping requests and track press samples.
- Verify the availability of looks in collaboration with the press team and propose alternatives if necessary.
- Create shipments in Fashion GPS, monitor the traffic of press samples, and manage their return to the Paris showroom.
- Prepare VIP fittings, including the selection of looks and assistance during fittings.
- Research emerging talents in cinema, music, literature, and the arts, and compile monthly international talent reports.
- Package and prepare gifts and products for celebrities.
- Summarize daily VIP requests and manage press releases and VIP image databases.
- Create and manage monthly newsletters and conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Compile images of product placements.
- Organize and manage the VIP showroom and collaborate with showroom teams to facilitate VIP shipments and returns.
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in a business school or equivalent university program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
- Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
- Proactive and dynamic.
- Fluent in French and English.
A first experience in press or event management is required.
Pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree in a business school or equivalent.
The internship offers a full-time, six-month immersive experience in a prestigious luxury fashion house, providing invaluable exposure to the industry.
