1. Oversee maintenance and repairs of the retail network across North America, including boutiques and department store concessions.
2. Collaborate with store planning teams to address maintenance issues and manage punch lists for new store openings.
3. Develop and maintain facility plans to ensure efficient resolution of store maintenance concerns.
4. Source, contract, and manage external facility service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
5. Coordinate with IT and store planning to ensure timely procurement of necessary equipment and parts.
6. Maintain records of floor plans, specifications, materials, and preferred vendors for each store.
7. Conduct on-site reviews to verify correct installation of repairs and layout improvements.
8. Collaborate with retail and operations departments to align on business needs and execute plans accordingly.
9. Support store planning and lead teams in managing store projects, including openings, expansions, and renovations.
10. Develop cost-effective maintenance and operational improvements for retail facilities and equipment.
11. Manage the facility cost budget for the store portfolio.
12. Ensure best business practices to enhance efficiency and productivity while reducing operating costs.
13. Align operational expectations with the retail operations team for freestanding stores and concessions.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail facilities role.

1. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Service Channel or similar ticket platforms.
2. Familiarity with standard quality means and materials in construction and millwork for luxury retail environments.
3. Experience managing luxury and specialty retail and wholesale projects.
4. Established relationships with vendors in HVAC, construction, and maintenance.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across global and local teams.
9. Understanding of labor laws in the US and Canada, with strong HR sensibility and critical thinking skills.
10. Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail facilities role, with a focus on luxury and specialty retail projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Administration or equivalent experience preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000-$115,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
