Celine Facilities Manager

- Oversee maintenance and repairs of the retail network across North America, including boutiques and department store concessions.
- Collaborate with store planning teams to address maintenance issues and manage punch lists for new store openings.
- Develop and maintain facility plans to ensure efficient resolution of store maintenance concerns.
- Source, contract, and manage external facility service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with IT and store planning to ensure timely procurement of necessary equipment and parts.
- Maintain records of floor plans, specifications, materials, and preferred vendors for each store.
- Conduct on-site reviews to verify correct installation of repairs and layout improvements.
- Collaborate with retail and operations departments to align on business needs and execute plans accordingly.
- Support store planning and lead teams in managing store projects, including openings, expansions, and renovations.
- Develop cost-effective maintenance and operational improvements for retail facilities and equipment.
- Manage the facility cost budget for the store portfolio.
- Ensure best business practices to enhance efficiency and productivity while reducing operating costs.
- Align operational expectations with the retail operations team for freestanding stores and concessions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail facilities role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Service Channel or similar ticket platforms.
- Familiarity with standard quality means and materials in construction and millwork for luxury retail environments.
- Experience managing luxury and specialty retail and wholesale projects.
- Established relationships with vendors in HVAC, construction, and maintenance.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across global and local teams.
- Understanding of labor laws in the US and Canada, with strong HR sensibility and critical thinking skills.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail facilities role, with a focus on luxury and specialty retail projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000-$115,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
