- Manage the shipment process for retail and wholesale client portfolios, ensuring compliance with export regulations and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate deliveries in alignment with central merchandising, supply chain, retail teams, and client instructions.
- Monitor shipment progress, ensuring adherence to transport plans for retail.
- Communicate necessary shipment documentation to freight forwarders and clients, and oversee collection processes for wholesale exports.
- Dispatch proformas for payment acquisition or send available merchandise statements, ensuring follow-up and reminders for wholesale.
- Update order portfolios and confirm changes, modifications, or cancellations to relevant parties.
- Transmit quota adjustments via shared spreadsheets.
- Create client accounts and associated settings.
- Regularize inter-zone transfers, including credits and re-invoicing.
- Manage end-of-season order backlogs.
- Serve as the primary contact for local logistics teams within the managed zone.
- Handle client inquiries related to export regulations, delivery statuses, delays, and potential returns.
- Address transport-related disputes and system interface anomalies.
- Degree in International Trade or Logistics/Supply Chain, ranging from BAC +2 to BAC +5.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Team spirit and resourcefulness.
- Fluency in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
- Proficiency in JDE or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a Sales Administration or Logistics/Supply Chain role is required.
Degree in International Trade or Logistics/Supply Chain (BAC +2 to BAC +5).
